Job summary
Twentooconsulting in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist Spanish-speaking merchants for an international fintech company. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat and support onboarding and account management.
Join a team delivering technical support for payment apps and card readers, resolving transaction questions and order-related inquiries. On-site shifts 15:00–00:00 with relocation and full training benefits.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent Spanish and English at B2 level minimum.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good technical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
Responsibilities
- Support Spanish-speaking merchants of an international fintech company.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and chat.
- Assist merchants with account creation, onboarding and management.
- Provide technical support for payment apps, card readers and accessories.
- Resolve enquiries related to transactions, deposits and reports.
- Support product orders, logistics and delivery questions.
- Identify customer needs and upsell suitable products or services.
- Document interactions and collaborate with internal teams on complex cases.
