Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative who speaks Spanish to join the Lisbon team. You will manage a high volume of inbound leads, qualify opportunities for Account Executives, and help drive new business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The role requires a passion for consultative sales, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid Lisbon office environment, with in-office days Tue–Thu as determined by the manager.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
• Business experience or internship in SaaS sales is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound leads in CRM to qualify opportunities for Account Executives.
• Upsell and cross-sell before passing qualified leads to AEs.
• Be the face of Zendesk in a multicultural Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
