Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Spanish-speaking Player Support Specialist to join a world-class gaming team in Bulgaria. The role focuses on providing empathetic, multilingual support to players across chat, email, and ticketing channels while resolving account and in-game issues.

Ideal candidates are native or fluent in Spanish with strong English skills, a passion for gaming, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Deliver professional and empathetic support to players via chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries, account issues, and in-game transaction queries.
• Maintain knowledge of current game titles, mechanics, and community trends for Spanish-speaking players.
• Escalate complex issues to development teams per internal protocols.
• Uphold high standards of service quality and response times in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to improving support documentation and FAQs for the Spanish-speaking community.
