Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German-speaking Player Support Specialist to join our client in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will deliver professional support to German-speaking players across email, chat, and social channels, and troubleshoot game-related issues with deep product knowledge.

This on-site role requires fluent German and good English for internal collaboration, plus a genuine passion for Gaming & Esports.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Strong command of English for internal collaboration and reporting.
• Experience in customer support or gaming communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and empathetic support to German-speaking players across email, chat, and social channels.
• Troubleshoot technical game issues, account inquiries, and payment queries with product knowledge.
• Escalate bugs and complex issues to development teams to ensure smooth gameplay.
