Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking Player Support Specialist to join our Gaming & Esports hub in Bulgaria. You will handle high-quality technical and account support via email, chat, and voice, while staying current on titles and industry trends.

You’ll collaborate with an international team to improve knowledge bases, ensure secure player accounts, and provide empathetic, timely communication that reflects premium partner brands.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is required.
• Interest in Gaming & Esports industry.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality technical and account support to a global gaming community via email, chat, and voice.
• Maintain deep expertise in current Gaming & Esports titles to troubleshoot inquiries.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate bugs to development teams.
• Manage player accounts with focus on security and fair play.
