Konecta in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our automotive sector team. You will be the first point of contact, responding to questions in Spanish and delivering solutions with empathy and professionalism.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Spanish (C1/C2).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
