Konecta in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international automotive sector team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing questions, understanding needs and delivering effective solutions.

The role offers an above-average salary package, language allowance, training and career progression within a friendly, supportive team. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 07:00-16:00, with no weekend shifts.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
