Day-to-day involves delivering professional service via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries, and managing bookings with a customer-first mindset.

Qualificações

• English (B2). Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Experience in tourism or travel representation is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with empathy and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle sales inquiries, general information requests, and complaints.
• Manage bookings: create, modify, or cancel reservations.
• Support back-office tasks including ticketing and cancellations.
• Provide accurate, real-time information to help customers decide.
