Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a customer service specialist fluent in Spanish to support international patients across phone, email and chat channels. You will resolve enquiries, provide accurate information and deliver a high-quality experience, with the flexibility to work 40-hour weeks on a rotating schedule.

Requirements include fluent Spanish and English at B1/B2 level, plus basic IT skills.

Salary

Without Company Accommodation:
€1652.69 permonth + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
