Job summary

Cross Border Talents invites you to join our international medical device company in Lisbon as a Customer Service Agent. If you are fluent in Spanish and have English at B1/B2, you will respond to customers via phone, email and chat and provide accurate information to resolve inquiries.

The 12-month contract offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour rotating shifts, relocation support, comprehensive health insurance, and language classes in Portuguese, with training and career development opportunities

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon and the starting date is on the 23rd of November.

Salary

€1652.69 permonth + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
