Tavrion Dynamics in Lisbon is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking customer service professional to join our international medical device team. You will assist customers across phone, email and chat, resolve inquiries, and deliver outstanding service, while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Requirements include fluent Spanish, English B1/B2, 20+ wpm typing, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Start Your International Career in Lisbon! Are you a fluent Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service? Join our international medical device company dedicated to making the lives of people with diabetes easier! You’ll support customers through different channels, resolve their questions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon and the starting date is on the 23rd of November.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customers through phone, email and chat online.
• Resolve enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish, spoken and written.
• English B1/B2.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.

Salary

Without Company Accommodation: €1652.69 per month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
