Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Diabetes Medical Devices in Porto, Portugal. The role involves rotating 24/7 shifts, with night hours, and a salary of 1100€ per 14 months plus a daily food allowance of 7.63€ on working days.

You will support multiple markets, using strong customer service skills and the ability to manage large amounts of information, with German language proficiency and English at C1 level required.

Customer Service Representative – Diabetes Medical Devices

Location: Porto. Portugal.

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 24/7

(Rotative shifts) Days Off - 2 Rotative days

Night Shift (22:00 to 07:00)

Salary: 1100€ per 14 months .

Complexity Bonus: Food Allowance / 7.63€ per working day

(No Relocation support provided.)

Language: Fluent, verbal and written, in job language (German + C1 in English.)
