Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Spanish and Galician, Basque or Catalan-speaking Customer Support Experts for a major entertainment and streaming platform. This role includes relocation to Lisbon with a flight and permanent accommodation package.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account management, billing inquiries, and technical questions.

Qualificações

• Requires Spanish fluency and at least one of Galician, Catalan or Basque.
• English proficiency at B2 level is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for customer service and problem solving.
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms.
• Team player in a fast paced, multicultural environment.
• Able to work a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional, friendly, and empathetic customer support.
• Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Provide accurate information about streaming products, services, and features.
• Identify customer needs and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally throughout interactions.
• Maintain a positive, customer-centric approach.
• Work within a multicultural and collaborative support environment.
• Support 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
