Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a global customer experience company to onboard two Spanish-speaking Advisors in Portugal. The role is the first point of contact for a worldwide user community, resolving issues across voice, chat and email.

Based in Lisbon or Porto, the position is 100% on-site and full-time, requiring native Spanish with English (B2+) and a readiness to work in a 24/7 rotational schedule. Relocation support is offered for EU citizens.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent Spanish and fluent English (at least B2 level).
• High school diploma.
• Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving.
• EU citizenship.
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate to Porto.
• Available for on-site work on rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient support as the first point of contact for a global community of users
• Handle and resolve customer issues across inbound calls, chats and emails
• Identify and elevate issues appropriately
• Write thoughtful, accurate responses and customise prepared templates for customer communications
• Research and troubleshoot problems using available resources
• Arbitrate between users when needed
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively
