Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish at C2 level and English at B2 level.
• High school diploma is required.
• EU citizenship and willingness to work on-site in Portugal

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient support as the first point of contact for a global community of users.
• Handle and resolve customer issues across inbound calls, chats and emails.
• Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
• Draft thoughtful, accurate responses and customize templates for communications.
• Research and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
• Arbitrate between users when needed.
• Manage multiple tasks in a 24/7 on-site operation
