Job summary

Twentooconsulting in Lisbon/Porto is hiring a Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for a global user community. This on-site, full-time role handles inquiries via calls, chats, and emails, resolving issues with a friendly, solution-focused approach.

Candidates must have Spanish (C2) and English (B2), a high school diploma, EU citizenship, and be based in Lisbon or able to relocate to Porto. Rotational shifts in a 24/7 operation and relocation support are provided.

Qualifications

Spanish at C2 level and English at B2 level.
High school diploma required.
Customer service skills including complaint handling and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient support as the first point of contact for a global community of users.
Handle and resolve customer issues across inbound calls, chats, and emails.
Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
Write thoughtful, accurate responses and customize prepared templates for customer communications.
Research and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
Arbitrate between users when needed.
Manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
