Job summary

RDN Cons is seeking enthusiastic Spanish-speaking candidates for a full-time, on-site Customer Support role in Porto, Portugal. You will assist customers with travel bookings and inquiries via phone, email and live chat, providing solutions and maintaining a positive experience.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; relocation assistance and meal allowances are available for eligible EU candidates. This is an international, multicultural team with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Spanish C2 with strong written and spoken communication
• English B2 proficiency
• EU citizenship is mandatory
• High school diploma
• Currently living in Portugal or willing to relocate to Porto
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to provide a clean criminal record

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and live chat
• Assist customers with travel bookings and enquires
• Investigate customer concerns and provide effective solutions
• Mediate between customers and service providers when necessary
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
