Job summary

Intersoft Team SRL in Portugal seeks a Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for a global user community, onsite in Lisbon or Porto. You will handle calls, chats and emails, resolve issues, write clear responses, and escalate problems when needed. Fluency in Spanish (C2) and English (B2) is essential, plus a high school diploma and a customer-focused mindset. Relocation support for EU citizens is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish at C2 and English at B2.
• High school diploma.
• Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate to Porto.
• On-site work availability in 24/7 rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient support as the first point of contact for a global community of users.
• Handle and resolve customer issues across inbound calls, chats and emails.
• Identify and elevate issues appropriately.
• Write thoughtful, accurate responses and customise prepared templates for customer communications.
• Research and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
• Arbitrate between users when needed.
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
