Job summary

Cloudheight Solutions is seeking a Spanish Customer Support Advisor to join our Porto or Lisbon team. You will provide customer support via phone, email and chat for hospitality/travel clients, handling questions, complaints and service issues.

Fluent Spanish (C2) and English (B2) are required. The role is 100% onsite with rotating 24/7 shifts, a 30-day probation, and solid relocation support including travel reimbursement and accommodation assistance.

• High school diploma.
• Previous customer service experience appreciated but not required.
• Willingness to work onsite and in rotating 24/7 shifts.

Spanish Customer Support Advisor – Porto / Lisbon (Santos)

We are recruiting Spanish Customer Support Advisors to join an international project within the hospitality/travel sector, with the possibility to work onsite in Porto or Lisbon (Santos).

Main Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat
• Handle customer questions, complaints and service-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently
• Escalate cases when necessary
• Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

Requirements

• Spanish: C2
• English: B2
• High school diploma
• Previous Customer Service experience is valued, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work onsite
• Availability for rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation

Conditions

• Base salary: €945 gross/month
• Meal allowance: €8.50 per worked day
• Performance bonus of up to €120/month, applicable from the 4th month onwards
• Christmas and Holiday allowances
• 22 business days of annual leave
• Health insurance after 6 months
• 40 hours per week
• 30-day probation period

Relocation support for eligible candidates

• Travel reimbursement of up to €200, after 3 months and upon presentation of the receipt
• €360/month for 3 months as accommodation support
• Assistance with temporary accommodation and finding permanent housing
