Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring Customer Care Specialists to support Spanish and Catalan speaking customers for a leading global streaming platform. You'll be the first point of contact for account questions, subscriptions, payments, technical issues, and general service enquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

Fluent Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2) and good English (B1) are required. The 12‑month contract is full‑time with 8‑hour rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday.
