Job summary

CloserHire is seeking a Spanish-speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist for their Lisbon team to assist advertisers with troubleshooting, platform guidance, and optimization insights. You will handle end-to-end troubleshooting for advertising products via email and chat, diagnose issues, and collaborate with Product, Operations and Engineering to drive fast, accurate resolutions.

This role emphasizes proactive communication, customer focus, and opportunities to improve the user experience

Qualifications

• Spanish proficiency at native or high-competency level with strong communication skills.
• Good English (around B2) with ability to communicate with international advertisers.
• Experience with online campaigns or digital marketing basics.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online advertising.
• Previous customer support or contact center experience is a plus.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end troubleshooting for 광고 products via email and chat.
• Diagnose issues related to campaigns, platform tools, and product features.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations & Engineering to drive timely resolutions.
• Provide updates to advertisers to ensure high customer satisfaction and SLA
• Identify opportunities to improve the user experience from day one and share insights.
