Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting a Spanish-speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist for their Lisbon team. You will support advertisers with technical troubleshooting, platform guidance, and optimization insights, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Day-to-day you will troubleshoot ad products via email and chat, diagnose issues, and collaborate with Product, Operations & Engineering. You’ll educate advertisers on features, best practices, and share insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• English level at least B2.
• Spanish as required (native/C2).
• Experience in customer support or contact center is a plus.
• Marketing or related degree helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting and platform guidance to advertisers.
• Handle end-to-end troubleshooting for ad products via email and chat.
• Diagnose campaign issues and collaborate with Product/Engineering teams.
• Educate advertisers on features, best practices, and common issue types.
• Share insights to support product improvements.
