Job summary

Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our client's social media channels. This on-site role focuses on resolving issues, monitoring orders, and ensuring adherence to client guidelines to improve service delivery.

You will work in a bilingual environment with German (C1) and English (B2) requirements, join a team that values career growth, receive full training, and have access to referral bonuses and development programs.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1) in speech and writing.
• Fluent English (B2) in speech and writing.
• College degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce.
• Experience in call center (voice and non-voice) and service industry.
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
• Fluent with social media products usage and basic digital advertising understanding.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers/sellers/customers/creators such as checking order and logistics status.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
• Escalate issues to our client per MSA and this SOW on knowledge base.
• Drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics ensuring service quality through case journey and regular updates.
• Drive adherence to service levels across channels and improve productivity and end-customer impact.
