Concentrix Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, on-site. You will support our client across social media, resolve inquiries, and ensure guideline compliance and service improvements.

The role requires fluency in French (C1) and English (B2), a college degree, knowledge of e-commerce, and prior call center experience. Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts is expected. We offer training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2) required.
• College degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and online services.
• Experience in call centers (voice and non-voice) and service industry.
• Willing to work 24/7 rotating shifts and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers, or creators.
• Review issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to the client per MSA and SOW knowledge base.
• Drive customer satisfaction through updates across touchpoints and case journeys.
• Maintain adherence to service levels across channels and improve productivity.
