Forvia is seeking a Local IT Support professional to maintain the interface between IT Shared Services and the Viseu/Nelas site in Portugal. You will manage site IT requests, implement local applications, and drive improvements in existing information systems to better support manufacturing operations.

The role requires 2+ years of IT experience, degree in information technology, SAP knowledge, fluent English, and the ability to work in a matrix environment with shifts as needed.

Qualificações

• Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support or similar role.
• Experience with SAP and ERP environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the relationship between IT Shared Services and the site to ensure SLA delivery.
• Implement local applications and infrastructure projects at the site.
• Improve existing information systems to support evolution and user needs.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for site-critical applications (ERP, Kanban, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Faurecia standards, security policies and licensing controls.
• Prepare monthly status dashboards and support IT budget processes.
