Extia Group in Portugal is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician for on-site desktop support across Porto or Lisbon. The role covers Level 1 and 2 incidents and requires hands-on experience with Windows, MacOS, and Office 365.

You will work with local and global IT teams on rotating shifts, maintain asset records, and document procedures. Fluent English is required, and you will join a growing IT services environment.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in Desktop Support or IT Service Desk.
• Strong Windows and MacOS troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with ITSM tools, ideally ServiceNow.
• Fluent English and on-site availability in Porto or Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1/2 desktop support for hardware and software.
• Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot networking and Wi-Fi issues.
• Document incidents and create knowledge bases.
• Coordinate with IT teams on issues and transitions.
• Work on-site with rotating shift schedule 08:00–19:00.
