Aubay Portugal is seeking a Customer Support professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with ITIL practices are essential. The role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for 2-3 days onsite in Lisbon and communication in English, Portuguese, and French is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Customer Support.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus for data querying and reporting.

• Fluent in English and Portuguese; French at B2 or higher.
