Forvia seeks a Site Local IT Support to maintain the interface between IT Shared Services and the site, ensuring SLA adherence. You will collect requirements, implement local projects, and own system usage while coordinating training and procedures.

The role covers 1st/2nd line support for critical applications, applying standards, and assisting with the IT budget. Strong communication in English and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Information Technology or Management with IT focus.
• Minimum 2 years’ professional IT experience.
• Knowledge of SAP and ERP systems; fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and follow up site IT requirements and SLA.
• Implement local applications and infrastructure projects.
• Improve existing information systems for evolution.
• Own systems at user level; provide training and procedures.
• Provide 1st/2nd level support for site apps and incidents.
• Apply hardware, software, licenses, and security standards.
• Collaborate on site IT procedures and budget reporting.
• Report monthly on dashboards and critical events.
• Promote Health, Safety and Environment best practices.
