Everience Benelux is seeking an IT Support professional to provide first and second-line assistance in Lisbon, Portugal. The role focuses on delivering high-quality workplace IT services and ensuring seamless user experiences across Windows, Office 365, and Teams.

You will handle hardware lifecycle, asset management, and incident tracking, working closely with internal teams and external partners. The position starts as part-time with potential progression to full-time.

Qualificações

• Native Portuguese and Fluent English.
• Monitoring and reporting of the production environment (dashboards, KPIs).
• Incident and request processing (ITIL – ticket tracking).
• IT Support experience in a large enterprise environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first and second-line IT support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, mobility, and connectivity issues.
• Manage installation, configuration, relocation, and lifecycle of IT equipment.
• Support Windows/Microsoft 365 environments, Teams, and related tools.
• Act as a trusted contact delivering responsive support and customer service.
• Coordinate hardware deployments, replacements, and asset management.
