As the Service Planner your role is to schedule Schneider Field Service Engineer’s (FSEs) & External Service Partners and parts to fulfil our customer services requirements – these include Assessments, Start up, PMV (Preventive Maintenance visit), Emergency Callouts.

You will act as the glue connecting our customers, internal stakeholders, and external service partners/suppliers to meet our clients’ needs. You will validate time, materials & expenses reported by internal FSE’s /external Service Partners required in the service process.

Essential Functions

• Optimise FSEs allocated time and schedules to provide service to our customers in a timely fashion
• Apply technical guidelines according to technical support information (Level 2) to provide the best quality service to our customers
• Schedule maintenance visits, ad hoc business interventions, technical visits or audits initialized by Project, Enterprise & mid‑market or Services sales and Start‑ups in conjunction with the Project Department
• Manage external partners services (quality, time etc)
• Ensure customer database is kept up to date for future reference (for the service, sales and project teams)
• Coordinate and monitor spare parts, delivery and retrieval to provide the best service to our customers
• Manage internal and external orders
• Control customer credit worthiness
• Create new customers in the database (reactive mode)
• Create fixed price TM (Time & Material) for reactive mode intervention and validate

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
