Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Secure Power equipment within Schneider Electric’s installed base.
- Update the customer database to ensure accurate tracking of the installed base.
- Support the planning of service interventions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and the sales team in the Secure Power area.
- Actively participate in product training for customers and Secure Power-related activities.
- Ensure proper use of company tools and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Technical education at a higher or intermediate level in Electronics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English.
- Basic IT skills (user‑level proficiency).
- Valid Category B driving license.
- Flexible working hours, including availability for weekends and public holidays if required.
- Availability to travel within and occasionally outside Portugal.
- Strong self‑motivation, ability to work autonomously, manage workloads effectively, and maintain a proactive professional relationship with customers.
