Job summary

ITDS in Lisbon offers a hybrid model for a ServiceNow Technical Lead role. You will own the technical direction of the ServiceNow platform, set development standards and mentor the team, working closely with stakeholders and project managers.

You will lead design and development of ServiceNow solutions, review upgrades, and drive best practices across ITSM modules, catalog development and integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a ServiceNow Technical Lead role; hands-on governance and delivery.
• Expertise designing, implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions.
• Expertise in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Catalog.
• Deep knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Business Rules, UI Policies and Catalog development.
• Experience building integrations via REST, SOAP, MID Server and IntegrationHub.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead design, configuration and development of ServiceNow solutions per best practices.
• Review designs and customisations for scalability, maintainability and upgrades.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and admins.
• Design complex workflows, Service Catalog items, integrations and platform automations.
• Translate requirements into robust technical solutions with business stakeholders.
• Review upgrades and assess impact on customisations and integrations.
• Reduce technical debt and oversee documentation.
