Job summary

LUZA Group in Lisbon is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to define and maintain the technical architecture, lead design, configuration and development of ServiceNow solutions, and ensure upgrade readiness and scalability.

You will mentor developers and administrators, review complex designs, coordinate integrations via REST/SOAP, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust, compliant technical solutions. Remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a similar ServiceNow role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in designing, implementing and administering ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog.
• Proficient in JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, MID Server and IntegrationHub.
• Knowledge of CMDB is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead the design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions.
• Review and validate technical designs for scalability and upgrade-readiness.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and admins.
• Design complex workflows, service catalog items, integrations, and automations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions.
