Unit4 in Lisbon is seeking a ServiceNow Practice Lead to architect and lead the ServiceNow platform across the organization. You will drive strategy, oversee implementation, and manage a team dedicated to optimizing the platform to support business processes and future needs.

The role requires proven experience as an architect or team leader, deep knowledge of ITSM/CSM/HRSD on ServiceNow, ITIL familiarity, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualificações

• Proven experience with ServiceNow as an architect or team leader.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM and HRSD development and administration.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and ITSM/HR processes.
• Leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the lead architect for the ServiceNow platform, overseeing implementation and maintenance.
• Lead a team responsible for developing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and align with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Develop and implement best practices for governance, security, and optimization.
• Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and systems.
• Oversee administration and daily operations of the ServiceNow platform.
• Oversee license management and vendor relationships to ensure optimal service delivery.
