Vantage Towers in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a ServiceNow Team Manager (m/f/d) to lead both hands-on development and people management within a multinational, agile environment. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions, mentor your team, and align delivery with IT stakeholders while upholding engineering standards and platform stability.

Qualificações
- Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development delivering production-grade solutions.
- Prior people management or team leadership experience in agile, distributed, multinational settings.
Responsabilidades
- Dual-Remit Leadership: act as hands-on tech expert and people manager.
- Technical Delivery & Architecture: design, develop, test, and deploy scalable ServiceNow enhancements.
- People Management & Mentorship: support career progression and wellbeing with 1:1s and coaching.
- Engineering Standards & Stability: improve practices, ensure platform reliability and maintain docs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Roadmaps: align delivery with IT/business stakeholders and roadmaps.
