Vantage Towers is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead to drive hands-on development, architecture design, and delivery across a multinational team. You will mentor engineers, ensure robust solutions, and uphold engineering standards while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

The role requires a university degree in a technical field, strong English communication, and experience with agile, distributed teams. Hybrid work with Lisbon offices and remote days is offered.

Qualificações

• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development delivering production-grade solutions.
• Experience in agile, distributed, multinational teams.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting patterns (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, UI Builder).
• CSA/CAD/CIS certifications are a strong plus; exposure to ITSM/CSM/HRSD modules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ServiceNow development with hands-on delivery and mentorship.
• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable, secure platform enhancements.
• Support team career progression with regular 1:1s and coaching.
• Improve engineering standards, testing, and release practices; maintain docs.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align roadmaps.
