Vantage Towers in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow enhancements, scripts, and workflows within the agreed scope. You will translate requirements with business analysts and stakeholders and implement AI-powered capabilities.

The role offers a hybrid work model with 2 days in the Lisbon office and 3 days remote, a modern tech stack, competitive pay, meal allowance, extra vacation days, and comprehensive health and pension benefits

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, engineering, science, mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Practical hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow enhancements, scripts, workflows, forms, flows, and configurations.
• Implement AI-powered capabilities and low-code development solutions.
• Translate requirements with business analysts and stakeholders into scalable technical solutions.
• Support testing, defect analysis, and release activities to ensure reliable changes.
