Vodafone is seeking a ServiceNow Team Manager (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers in Lisbon. You will lead both technical delivery and people management, shaping platform roadmaps while maintaining high reliability and secure implementations.

In this role you combine hands-on ServiceNow development with leadership across Agile teams in a multinational setting. A hybrid schedule is offered, with 2 days in Lisbon and 3 remote days.

Qualificações

• University degree in computer science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development experience in production environments.
• Prior people management or team leadership in agile, distributed, multinational setups.
• Nice to have ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) and ITSM/CSM exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Dual-Remit Leadership: hands-on technical expert and people manager for ServiceNow solutions.
• Technical Delivery & Architecture: design, develop, test, and deploy scalable ServiceNow improvements.
• People Management & Mentorship: support career progression with coaching and development plans.
• Engineering Standards & Stability: improve code quality, testing, and release practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Roadmaps: align delivery plans with IT and business stakeholders.
