Vantage Towers in Lisboa, Portugal, is seeking a ServiceNow Team Manager (m/f/d) to lead both technical delivery and people management for the ServiceNow platform. The role requires strong development skills, architecture know-how, and a track record of delivering scalable, secure solutions in multinational environments.

You will mentor the team, drive engineering standards, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to shape platform roadmaps.

Qualificações

• Strong experience delivering production-grade ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience leading teams in agile, multinational environments.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure ServiceNow enhancements.

Responsabilidades

• Own dual technical delivery and people leadership for the ServiceNow domain.
• Provide architectural guidance, design, develop, test and deploy enhancements.
• Mentor team members and support career development with regular feedback.
• Ensure engineering standards, code quality, testing and release practices are followed.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align roadmaps.
