A leading technology consultancy in Portugal is looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Specialist to manage and enhance its ServiceNow instance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow administration along with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Strong analytical skills and fluency in English are required. This full-time position offers a chance to take full ownership of the platform and work within a dynamic IT environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and ServiceNow delivery processes.
• Fluency in English (B2–C1 level).
