Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in software development, maintenance, or ServiceNow work.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow with training provided.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and web technologies (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).
• Fluent English required; able to work internationally.
• Ability to develop and maintain apps in a service management environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; collaborate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new functionalities on the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications.
• Manage platform configurations and instance settings.
• Ensure stability, availability and operational reliability of ServiceNow.
• Develop ITSM applications including incident, problem, change and service catalogs.
• Support end-user portals, access interfaces and business applications.
• Develop and maintain ticketing solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST APIs.
• Provide technical support and assist users with platform issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standards.
