As a ServiceNow Expert Developer you will lead workshops to define functional requirements, drive advanced integrations and developments, oversee platform

Qualificações

• Academic degree in IT or 5+ years IT experience.
• Fluent in French and/or Spanish (highly valuable).
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication in a multicultural environment.
• Autonomous, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Define functional requirements through workshops with end users.
• Advanced ServiceNow integrations and developments (enhancements, bug fixes).
• Platform administration and support (upgrades, incident management).
• Write technical docs and admin guides.
• Support country touchpoints and organize training sessions.
