Wire IT is a Portugal-based IT consulting partner seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join a hybrid role in Lisbon or Porto. You will work on ITSM/ITOM projects, architect ServiceNow solutions, and drive integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, AD/Azure AD, and various scripting tasks.

The role emphasizes collaboration across IT and business teams in a growing international company. The position offers a no-term full-time contract, health insurance, vacation days, meal allowance, referrals, training

Qualificações

• 3–7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, integrations and process automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Active Directory, Azure AD and LDAP.
• Strong JavaScript and PowerShell skills.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Python, XML and SQL/databases.
• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and cloud/container technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, AWS EKS or Azure AKS.
• Experience with ServiceNow enhancements, upgrades, deployments, monitoring and release coordination.
• Experience creating self-service solutions, support tools, reports, runbooks and technical documentation.
• Fluent English and strong collaboration skills across IT and business teams.
• ITIL knowledge and ServiceNow certification.
