Decskill in Portugal is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Analyst to join our growing IT consulting team. You will work on developing and enhancing ServiceNow functionalities, driving automation, and coordinating releases across multi-team environments.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with ITSM/ITOM on ServiceNow, API integrations (REST/SOAP), and knowledge of Directory Services, Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes. Excellent communication and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM is mandatory.
• Experience in system integrations via REST or SOAP APIs is required.
• Knowledge of Directory Services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP).
• Exposure to DevOps tools: Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes is a plus.
• Database knowledge with SQL and ITIL framework understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow platform functionalities (forms, workflows, portals).
• Drive automation initiatives for support, deployment, and monitoring activities.
• Coordinate releases ensuring quality, timelines, and proper testing.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades and implementation of new features.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements.
• Design and implement integration solutions across systems.
• Produce documentation related to developments and automation scripts.
