A VW Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] procura um profissional para atuar como Administrador/Desenvolvedor de ServiceNow, integrando a equipa responsável pela transformação digital. O candidato fará configurações técnicas, gerenciará a administração diária da plataforma e conduzirá automação de processos críticos.

É necessária experiência prática de pelo menos 3 anos, conhecimento sólido de scripting e integrações, bem como competências em DevOps/CI/CD.

Qualificações

• Formação superior em Ciência da Computação ou Engenharia de Software.
• Experiência prática mínima de 3 anos como Administrador/Desenvolvedor/Engenheiro de Platform ServiceNow.
• Fortes habilidades de configuração, personalização e scripting em ServiceNow (JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts).
• Experiência com workflows, automação, integrações e recursos da plataforma ServiceNow.
• Conhecimento de tecnologias web (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) e APIs REST/SOAP.
• Compreensão de arquitetura de plataforma, modelo de dados e conceitos de segurança (ACLs, roles).
• Experiência com integrações (IntegrationHub, MID Server).
• Conhecimento de DevOps, CI/CD e controle de versão (Git).
• Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar com stakeholders técnicos e não técnicos.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e configurar soluções técnicas na plataforma ServiceNow seguindo melhores práticas e padrões de governança.
• Gerir e apoiar atividades de administração da plataforma no dia a dia (desempenho, upgrades, patches e segurança).
• Colaborar com stakeholders para analisar requisitos de negócio e entregar soluções escaláveis, seguras e mantíveis.
• Desenvolver e implementar processos de negócio (workflows, automação, integrações, relatórios e testes).
• Monitorizar a saúde da plataforma, uso e conformidade entre aplicações.
• Gerir update sets, deployments e atividades de ambiente entre instâncias.
• Resolver problemas de plataforma, integrações e workflows com resolução atempada.
• Manter documentação técnica e manuais operacionais.
• Contribuir para governança da plataforma, QA e melhoria contínua.

About the Product You will join the ScaniaNow Platform Team which is expanding to support the ongoing transformation journey of the ServiceNow platform. The platform enables the implementation of key modules (e.G., IT Service Management, Asset Management, and Project & Portfolio Management), improving employee and user experience and transforming the way work is done.

Responsibilities

• Developing and configuring technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform following best practices and governance standards;
• Managing and supporting day-to-day platform administration activities (performance, upgrades, patches, and security);
• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions;
• Developing and implementing business processes (including workflows, automation, integrations, reporting, and testing);
• Monitoring platform health, usage, and overall compliance across applications;
• Managing update sets, deployments, and environment activities across instances;
• Troubleshooting platform, integration, and workflow issues and ensuring timely resolution;
• Maintainingtechnical documentation and operational manuals;
• Contributing to platform governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar experience;
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, or Platform Engineer;
• Strong experiencewith ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc)
• Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, automation, and ServiceNow platform features;
• Good knowledge ofweb technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Understanding of platform architecture, data model, and security concepts (ACLs, roles, access control);
• Experience with integrations (IntegrationHub, MID Server, external systems);
• Familiaritywith DevOps practices, CI/CD, and version control (e.G., Git);
• Strong analyticalskills and a solution-oriented mindset;
• Proactive attitude with the ability to solve problems;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Good written and spoken English.
