A VW Group Digital Solutions Portugal procura um Profissional ServiceNow para integrar a equipa responsável pela plataforma ServiceNow, apoiando ITSM, Asset Management e PMO. Encarregado de realizar configurações, automação e integrações, com foco na qualidade e na segurança.

O candidato ideal terá 3+ anos de experiência, conhecimentos de JavaScript, APIs REST/SOAP e uma visão proativa para resolver problemas, trabalhando com equipas técnicas e não técnicas, num ambiente remoto com configuração

Qualificações

• Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou experiência similar.
• Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência prática como Administrador, Desenvolvedor ou Engenheiro de Plataforma ServiceNow.
• Forte experiência em configuração, customização e scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts).
• Experiência com workflows, Flow Designer, automação e recursos da plataforma ServiceNow.
• Bom conhecimento de tecnologias web (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) e APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Entendimento de arquitetura de plataforma, modelo de dados e conceitos de segurança (ACLs, roles).
• Experiência com integrações (IntegrationHub, MID Server, sistemas externos).
• Conhecimento de práticas DevOps, CI/CD e controle de versão (Git).
• Fortes habilidades analíticas e foco na solução.
• Atitude proativa e boa comunicação com stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e configurar soluções técnicas na plataforma ServiceNow seguindo padrões e governança.
• Gerir atividades de administração diária da plataforma (desempenho, upgrades, patches e segurança).
• Colaborar com stakeholders para analisar requisitos e entregar soluções escaláveis e seguras.
• Desenvolver e implementar processos de negócio (workflows, automação, integrações, relatórios).
• Monitorizar a saúde da plataforma, uso e conformidade entre aplicações.
• Gerir updates, deployments e atividades entre instâncias.
• Resolver problemas de plataforma, integração e fluxos de trabalho com rapidez.
• Manter documentação técnica e manuais operacionais.
• Contribuir para governança, QA e melhoria contínua.

About the Product You will join the ScaniaNow Platform Team which is expanding to support the ongoing transformation journey of the ServiceNow platform. The platform enables the implementation of key modules (e.G., IT Service Management, Asset Management, and Project & Portfolio Management), improving employee and user experience and transforming the way work is done.

Responsibilities

• Developing and configuring technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform following best practices and governance standards;
• Managing and supporting day-to-day platform administration activities (performance, upgrades, patches, and security);
• Collaborating with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions;
• Developing and implementing business processes (including workflows, automation, integrations, reporting, and testing);
• Monitoring platform health, usage, and overall compliance across applications;
• Managing update sets, deployments, and environment activities across instances;
• Troubleshooting platform, integration, and workflow issues and ensuring timely resolution;
• Maintaining technical documentation and operational manuals;
• Contributing to platform governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar experience;
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, or Platform Engineer;
• Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc)
• Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, automation, and ServiceNow platform features;
• Good knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Understanding of platform architecture, data model, and security concepts (ACLs, roles, access control);
• Experience with integrations (IntegrationHub, MID Server, external systems);
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and version control (e.G., Git);
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
• Proactive attitude with the ability to solve problems;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Good written and spoken English.
