AgileEngine is seeking a ServiceNow Discovery Engineer to join an enterprise-scale squad that runs discovery across millions of targets. You will design AI agents to analyze logs, classify failures, and drive root-cause analysis while improving MID Server health and coverage.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Discovery experience, including MID Servers and CMDB data quality. Strong English, Python + API design, and modern SDLC practices are preferred.

Qualificações

• Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery experience (4+ years) including MID Servers, patterns/probes, and CMDB data quality.
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM, CIs, and identification/reconciliation.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs and results at scale.
• Classify failures, troubleshoot, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop agents to generate corrections to Discovery probes/patterns with testing guardrails and approvals.
