AgileEngine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design AI agents that analyze ServiceNow Discovery logs and drive root-cause analysis at enterprise scale. You will build observability for MID Servers and Discovery schedules, integrate OpenAI and Anthropic APIs using RAG and vector databases, and turn runbooks into reusable agentic workflows with production-grade Python.

The ideal candidate has strong Python, CI/CD experience, and hands-on infra troubleshooting.

Qualificações

• Advanced Python development experience of 4+ years and REST API design capabilities.
• Strong experience with modern SDLC practices, Git/GitHub, Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tooling.
• Practical experience integrating Gen AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and knowledge of RAG and vector databases.
• Practical knowledge of Infrastructure Engineering (Linux/Windows, virtualization/cloud, authentication).
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, SSH, SNMP, HTTP/S troubleshooting.
• Experience with high-volume logs and telemetry to drive improvements.
• Upper-Intermediate English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs, results, errors, and failures at scale.
• Develop agents to classify, correlate, troubleshoot, and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement agentic capabilities for ServiceNow Discovery probes with testing and guardrails.
• Convert runbooks and procedures into reusable agentic workflows to reduce manual work.
• Assess health of the Discovery ecosystem including MID Servers, schedules, and coverage.
• Gather and interpret metrics and telemetry from Discovery, MID Servers, logs, and monitoring systems.
