Vantage Towers is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d) for Lisbon, Portugal, to design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements within the ServiceNow platform. You will build scripts, flows, and configurations, integrate AI capabilities, and translate business needs into scalable solutions.

A collaborative, international team will rely on your expertise. You will work in a hybrid model (2 days in Lisbon, 3 remote) with strong emphasis on code quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, engineering, science, mathematics, or equivalent.
• Hands-on development experience delivering ServiceNow solutions across full SDLC in international environments.
• Solid JavaScript skills and ServiceNow scripting/configuration experience (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Workflows).
• Nice-to-have certifications CSA, CAD, CIS; experience with AI capabilities or enterprise integrations.
• Strong English communication and proactive, collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow enhancements, scripts, workflows, forms, and configurations within scope and standards.
• Implement AI-powered capabilities and low-code development using ServiceNow and JavaScript best practices.
• Translate requirements with analysts and stakeholders into scalable technical solutions.
• Support testing, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and release activities to ensure reliability and security.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and support procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and platform maintainability.
