AgileEngine is seeking a ServiceNow Discovery Engineer to join a squad handling enterprise-scale Discovery across millions of targets. You’ll design AI agents to analyze Discovery logs, classify failures, identify root causes, and propose corrections to probes and patterns with testing guardrails and human approval before production changes.

The role emphasizes MID Servers, CMDB/CSDM data quality, and observability using Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana.

Qualificações

• Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery of at least 4 years, including MID Servers, Patterns/Probes, credentials, schedules, and ECC Queue.
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM data quality and relationships.
• Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Grafana).
• Strong English communication skills (Upper-intermediate).

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI agents that analyze Discovery logs and results at scale.
• Classify failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop agents to generate corrections to Discovery probes and patterns with testing guardrails and approvals.
• Convert runbooks into reusable agentic workflows to improve Discovery reliability.
• Assess MID Server health, schedules, throughput, latency, and coverage.
• Collect and interpret metrics from Discovery, MID Servers, logs, and monitoring platforms.
